Freight charges vary but will will always ensure the most efficient method at the least cost
Items for sale are heavy and bulky and you will be responsible for all return freight costs.
Orders are processed: Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5.00pm AEST (Public Holidays Excluded)
Order Confirmation
After placing an order with your deposit, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means we’ve received your order in our system and have pre-authorised your payment/credit card for the purchase. PLEASE NOTE – Solar Carports are specially made and delivery can be up to 8 weeks. You are ordering these solar carports with a 50% deposit only. The deposit will allow us to arrange for a free installation quote and commence manufacturing your carport kit. We can also assist you with any necessary council approvals.

In all cases, we need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Service team.
We will choose the best available shipping in terms of price and delivery times at the time of shipment.
Please check what you are ordering carefully. We do not refund or exchange. Your order is being manufactured as a custom-made item. Damage in transit will be replaced.
Returns Returns on these custom solar carports are not accepted so do your due diligence before ordering. Any damaged or faulty part will be replaced free of charge.
Exchanges of damaged parts
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged part, send us an email at solarcarportsonline@gmail.com and we will forward the address to which you should return the faulty part if necessary.
