This Solarport system has an inherent water management system that is integrated within the structure. The unique IP protected design provides an integrated water management system that has a channel design and proprietary sealing system to capture water egress and direct it to a guttering and down pipe system. Solar ready skillion carports – Solar ready come in all sizes and any colour
The Solar Carport double bay above cannot be “customised” so this limits its application for many customers.
You should consider the convenience and the huge savings of Solar-Ready carports in that they can be made to fit any area you want in any width, any length and height and any colour! You also have a choice of roof profile, Skillion (flat roof), or Gable roof. While the actual Solar Carports are quite excellent, we know they are very expensive and “What you see is what you get” – they can’t be altered to suit your exact needs.
A cheaper option – Standard Carports to Australian Standard and “Solar -Ready” now available.
In Australia it has been almost impossible to install panels on a pre-existing (or new) pergola or carport structure simply because carports and pergolas are not built strongly enough under Australian standard to support the additional weight of solar panel installation. 9 panels on the single, 18 on the double x 350w panels giving an output of 3.15kw or 6.3kw.
With a solar ready structure, all you need to do is approach your preferred installer and make your choices with them. It’s just the same as getting solar panels on your house roof.
